Sales Manager
Business Development Representative – Income Access
Paysafe – London (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative in the Income Access business, you’ll:
- Expand Paysafe’s reach in target markets & verticals.
- Identify and secured new sales opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships and consultative relationships.
- Deliver customer-focused new payment solutions globally.
Work Model: Hybrid (biased towards 3 days/week in London office).
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Proactively generate sales leads via market research, competitor analysis, industry events, and networking.
- Cultivate vendor partnerships and influence key decision-makers (C-level clients).
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets, driving company-wide growth.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by proposing creative solutions to client challenges.

Partner & Compliance
- Collaborate with legal & compliance teams to expedite contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and pipeline progression.
- Stay current on product updates, new features, and market trends.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage regularly with Product Owners to refine offerings for global regions.
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and business changes to inform strategy.
- Leverage data & analytics to refine decision-making and sales strategy.
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical experience (mandatory).
- 1+ year’s experience in account management, sales, or operations (preferably iGaming, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with budgets, sales targets, and performance analytics.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong listening ability, networking skills, and analytical attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive environment.
Bonus Experience
- Knowledge of digital assets, affiliate marketing, or iGaming regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French) preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for growth strategies.
