Sales Manager in West London - Leading Gym Brand
£32K-£35K plus commission structure
We are recruiting for this exciting fitness job in West London for a Sales Manager for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The fitness job will be working for a company that are growing quickly and provide fantastic opportunities for success, growth and development as part of a brilliant team!
The role of a Sales Manager within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and train and manage a team to success.
What will you be doing?
- Help to manage the whole team, being able to step into the GM's shoes when they aren't there, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals!
- Drive sales and marketing activities and develop plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
- Deliver exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.
- Lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.

- Calm and resilient, you will need the ability to resolve any club issues with a calm head.
