The Role Drive new business across a patch of Independent media agencies Develop and expand existing agency partnerships Build relationships with key decision-makers across planning, investment, trading, and digital teams Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations Consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-growth environment Work closely with internal teams to maximise client success and campaign performance
What We're Looking For Proven success in digital media or AdTech sales or strong agency planning experience and a desire to move into a commercial sales role Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, video, and the digital media ecosystem A track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets or upselling commercial opportunities to clients Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Commercially driven with a consultative approach to sales
