International Sales Manager (NAM/SNAM) – Export & Distributor Markets

Location: 2 days in London office

Package: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

3 Markets Available: APAC / Western Europe & Africa / LATAM, Middle East & Eastern Europe

Languages: Not essential but preferred - Spanish or French or Arabic (region dependent)

We're partnering with an established, consumer business that is investing heavily in international growth. With an impressive portfolio of market-leading wellness brands sold across the globe, the business is combining its rich history with an ambitious transformation agenda, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced International Sales Manager, one for each of their 3 markets export markets.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building markets, developing distributor partnerships, and delivering sustainable commercial growth across international territories.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of export markets, managing and growing existing distributor relationships while identifying and onboarding new partners in strategic territories. Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams, you'll develop market strategies, drive profitable growth, and ensure best-in-class execution across your regions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute international growth plans across assigned markets.
  • Build and strengthen distributor partnerships to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Identify and appoint new distribution partners in high-potential territories.
  • Deliver commercial targets through forecasting, business planning, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery across supply chain and regulatory functions.

About You

You'll already have experience managing international distributors within FMCG, consumer healthcare, beauty, or a related consumer goods sector. You're commercially astute, comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders, and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Proven success managing export distributors across multiple international markets.
  • High energy level, positivity, resilience, entrepreneurialism, and a can-do sales attitude!
  • Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
  • A track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and winning new markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese language ability, but not essential.
