Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Job Role
- To lead the commercial sales team
- Responsible for maximising commercial sales and departmental profit
- Ensuring the sales and referral processes are adhered to
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and brand partners
- Meeting manufacturer targets through ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class customer experience at all times
- Driving, developing, and maintaining the company's passion for value and customer service

Job Requirements
- Commercial vehicle experience in a franchised dealership is essential
- Previous history of success in a similar role
- Full understanding of manufacturer targets and standards
- Full UK Licence
