Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence for EMS pumping solutions. Day-to-day activities include:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing existing customer relationships
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate technical specifications

The role also involves maintaining a structured sales pipeline, providing regular reporting and forecasts, and representing the company in online meetings, industry webinars, and remote customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, including pipeline development, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Background in industrial equipment, engineering, or environmental solutions (pumps, waste management, or related sectors preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM software, virtual meeting tools, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of sustainable practices and interest in bioenergy and waste-to-energy solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites or industry events, as needed.
