Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) / Kidde Commercial
Location: United Kingdom Annual Base Salary: 51,805–60,947 GBP
Kidde Global Solutions (KGS) is a global leader in fire & life safety solutions, combining brands like Kidde, Kidde Commercial, Edwards, GST, and more to protect people and property worldwide. We’re seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK & Ireland, working directly with our expanding sales team to develop and execute strategic plans while maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Proactively manage the full sales cycle (engagement, sales, and closure) for Kidde Commercial fire detection products.
- Secure and lock in customer spending commitments, focusing on high-value markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth in the UK & Ireland.

Relationship & Market Development
- Foster strong business relationships with commercial and distributor partners, travelling nationally to meet clients on-site.
- Identify and propose solutions for new business opportunities.
- Support regional partnerships and distributors by co-scheduling visits and seminars.
Customer Engagement & Training
- Host seminars and on-site training to educate customers on product applications and safety benefits.
- Prepare, submit, and track quotations and customer proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system (SFDC) and provide market feedback to leadership.
Data-Driven Insights & Collaboration
- Use market intelligence and analytics to forecast trends and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the UK/IRL Regional Country Manager and key stakeholders to refine local strategies.
Requirements
Essential:
✔ 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in commercial B2B or industrial sectors. ✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding pipeline growth goals in high-value sales environments. ✔ Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate persuasively. ✔ Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and product solutions for residential or commercial clients. ✔ Financial awareness, with clarity in interpreting quarterly/monthly sales targets. ✔ Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland.

Preferred:
🔹 Experience in managing distributor partnerships or high-touch B2B sales in a regulated industry. 🔹 Technical knowledge of fire safety systems or installations. 🔹 First-hand experience with KGS brands or similar market leaders in safety solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
- 51,805–60,947 GBP annual, inclusive of annual bonus eligibility based on performance and company growth.
