Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Wiltshire (possibility of hybrid working). The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with fleet management clients and prospects.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions
The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends
- Providing feedback on product and service improvements
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership
- Contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within fleet management, automotive, logistics, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Comfort with technology-driven solutions and data, including presenting software and interpreting performance metrics for clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations, customer service, and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems and basic proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
- Relevant education such as a degree (not essential) or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
