**Shifts**: 37.5 hours per week (Sunday 10:00–17:00 | Monday 09:00–17:15 | Wednesday 12:15–20:30 | Thursday 12:15–20:30 | Friday 09:00–17:15)
### **About the Role**
To be a **successful Sales Manager**, you must lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and hit performance targets. This fast-paced role is demanding but highly rewarding, with a focus on people and development.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Support **Store management** across all product areas, back-of-house operations, and running the store as required.
- **Manage** a team to ensure **amazing customer service**, precise stock processes, commercial success, and operational efficiency—while maintaining safety and hitting targets.
- Foster an empowering environment where **coaching, motivation, and inspiration** drive team performance.
- Take a **hands-on role** in all commercial and operational activities by working closely with your team.
- Maintain seamless, up-to-date communication to meet business needs.
