Sales Manager UK Field-Based Role £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits Package
I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering business supplying specialist valve solutions into the paper manufacturing sector .This is a field-based role focused on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across the UK market

The Ro leKey responsibilities includ e:Managing and growing key accounts within the paper manufacturing industr y.Identifying and developing new business opportunities across an assigned territor y.Promoting specialist valve solutions and associated engineered product s.Preparing quotations, managing tenders, and negotiating commercial agreement s.Building strong relationships with customers and providing technical sales suppor t.Managing opportunities and pipeline activity through CRM system s.Providing market intelligence, sales forecasts, and regular reportin g.Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project deliver

About YouThe ideal candidate will ha ve:Proven experience selling into the paper manufacturing indust ry.Experience within valves, flow control, process equipment, or a related technical product sect or.Strong technical sales capability with the ability to understand engineering specifications and customer requiremen ts.Knowledge of valve applications and process industri es.Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skil ls.A proactive and commercially focused approach to business developme nt.HNC/HND or similar engineering qualification would be advantageo
