Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HINEN energy storage products in target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate internal technical teams with external customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customers' technical and quality requirements.
- Regularly report to the General Manager on the business progress including market dynamics, project execution status, team performance, etc.
- Lead other assigned matters.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in energy storage, PV, or related industries.
- Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (other languages a plus).
