As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion, driving innovation and impact across the optometry and ophthalmology sectors. For this role, we are looking for someone centrally located within Scotland's Central Belt (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling area) What You’ll Do In this s role, you’ll take full ownership of your region’s commercial success. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets. Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution-based presentations that align Topcon’s technology with customer needs. Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post-sale success. Stay ahead of market trends, NHS developments, and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions. Qualifications What You Bring You combine commercial acumen with clinical understanding, capable of translating complex technology into clear, value-driven solutions. 5+ years’ experience in B2B medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales. Proven success in territory management, solution selling, and strategic account growth. Familiarity with the optometry or ophthalmology sector is ideal — or alternatively, experience selling diagnostic imaging or healthcare software. Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways.
