Sales Manager - MSP
Sales Manager / Player Manager – IT Solutions & Reseller Division
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Newmarket) Salary: £60k-£65k base + uncapped commission
Certus Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing MSP to recruit a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the IT Solutions & Reseller Division.
This is a player-manager role, blending personal revenue growth with leadership responsibilities.
About the Role
- Drive new business across IT hardware, cloud, infrastructure, workplace, and technology solutions
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small sales team
- Improve sales performance, forecasting, and processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and technology partners

The Profile
- Proven track record in MSP, VAR, reseller, channel, or technology solutions sales
- Past experience in sales leadership or managing teams
- Strong new business hunter mentality
- Experience selling IT infrastructure, cloud, hardware, or managed services
- Commercially astute with strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to balance personal billing with team leadership
