An innovative, fast-growing technology company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is transforming the way delivery and logistics services connect businesses and customers through technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective sales strategies, and coaching a team to achieve ambitious growth targets while building strong client relationships.

Please note this is a full-time, fully office based role based in London.

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating and converting qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
  • Implement consultative sales techniques and mentor team members to maximise performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture focused on continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership skills alongside a proven track record in sales management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and be passionate about developing people and delivering results.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management role.
  • Experience within a technology, startup, logistics, or fast-growth environment is advantageous.
  • Able to commit to a fully office based role in London.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience coaching successful sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and consultative selling.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership and accountability.
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
