Locations: Various (please see store listings) Shifts: 38.75 hrs p/w; Mon (08:45–17:15), Tue (08:45–17:15), Wed (11:45–20:15), Fri (09:00–17:15), Sat (10:45–19:15)
About the Role
Leading our team’s success is what drives us at Next. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting ambitious performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll combine leadership, commercial expertise, and operational execution to:
- Support Store management across all product areas, including back of house and store operations.
- Lead a team focused on outstanding customer service, precision stock processes, and operational efficiency while hitting targets in a safe and energetic culture.
- Create a collaborative, inspiring team environment where employees thrive.
- Work hands-on on all commercial and operational activities to uphold the highest standards.
- Maintain flawless communication across everyone needed to keep the business on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store leadership to support routines, ensure stock accuracy, and manage emergencies when needed.
- Build a high-performing, motivated team that prioritises customer satisfaction, safety, and commercial results.
- Connect with both customers and team members, being the face of achieved goals.
- Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach in daily operations while offering support to the team.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to meet business targets effectively.
