Responsible Marketing Group (RMG) is an expanding and successful high-growth, culture-first business helping leading organisations and top brands such as Diageo, Unilever, TikTok and more transform marketing and media for real impact and good growth.
We’re hiring a commercially driven Sales Manager to own new business growth and directly influence revenue and profit.

What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver new business revenue from first conversation to signed deal
- Build a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, marketing leads, and internal/external referrals
- Engage senior decision-makers with a consultative sales approach
- Lead sales cycles and secure new engagements
- Develop compelling proposals aligned to client challenges and business transformation goals, collaborating internally
- Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track performance
- Collaborate closely with internal experts to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

- Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Building a strong and fast-moving pipeline
- Converting opportunities into long-term client relationships
- Driving measurable growth in new clients and revenue
- Establishing a strong personal presence in the industry
Who You Are
- Proven track record in selling consulting, agency, or professional services into new business wins (not selling products and not account management)
- A strong communicator who builds trusted, long-term relationships
- An experienced new business sales professional who is willing to learn and welcomes the opportunity for further development
