Business Sales Manager – North West England
TOMRA was founded in 1972, based on the design, manufacturing and sale of reverse vending machines (RVMs) for automated collection of used beverage containers. UK market expansion is underway, with the launch of the UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) scheduled for October 2027. This is a pivotal moment for the organisation, consolidating essential resources to meet this critical industry transformation.
Job Description: Sales Manager – North West England
We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven individual to establish a scalable, profitable TOMRA business in North West England. As our Sales Manager, you’ll accelerate our market positioning, developing meaningful partnerships and a thriving customer base to support our broader sector transformation.

About the Role
A key playmaker in shaping our influence and commercial performance, this role will allow for flexibility, ownership, and genuine collaboration with customers, suppliers, and the national UK team.
Israel-based, but designed to deliver UK outcomes, you’ll champion the adoption of TOMRA Collection solutions, reverse vending, reverse logistics systems and ancillary assets that will re-imagine our waste-to-value operations. This is a critically strategic opportunity in a market poised for major positive change and civil sector investment.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire revenue – Achieve a leading market position by driving transformation for organisations across key sectors, prioritising smarter, sustainable recycling. • Secure customer relationships – Build trust with major retailers and local/regional operators in North West England, aligning products and solutions to local priorities and opportunities. • Develop business propositions – Collaborate with internal teams to design effective commercial offerings, pricing models, and business value words. • Engage with pilots and trials – Guide pilot projects and industrial engagement to shape commercial relationships. • Turn opportunities into revenue – Bring solutions to market in partnership with our internal expertise and team. • Grow and improve pipeline management – Earn trust, maintain strong communication, and scale influence with regional customers and stakeholders. • Represent TOMRA – Lead in customer meetings, regional hospitality events, and business development seminars.
Who you’ll work with
• Internal commercial & operational teams to tailor information, provide opinions and back up actions. • BPC software and VAMS stakeholders to support enriched customer integrations. • UK HR, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless success, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.

• A growing, well-diversified pipeline in North West England. • Strong, long-term customer relationships and stakeholder confidence. • Pilot implementations progressing seamlessly into long-term partnerships. • A noticeable and impactful contribution to TOMRA’s growth across the region.
