Sales Manager (North West England) – TOMRA Collection

TOMRA Collection is a leading innovator in clean loop recycling, responsible for approximately 85,000 reverse vending machine installations across over 60 markets. Their solutions make recycling effortless for consumers and contribute to a more sustainable planet.

We are currently building our UK operation ahead of the UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS), launching in October 2027.


Job Description

About the Role

We’re seeking a ** Sales Manager ** to drive TOMRA’s expansion in North West England. You’ll:

  • Lead new business development
  • Build customer partnerships
  • Support DRS rollout and technology deployment

  • Strategic Growth

    • Propose commercial terms, pricing and deployment plans
    • Pilot projects as gateways to long-term partnerships
  • Representation & Advocacy

    • Lead at customer meetings and regional industry events
    • Position TOMRA as a leading DRS solution provider
  • Pipeline Management

    • Independently plan, track, and grow regional opportunities
    • Ensure scalable, sustainable revenue from problem-specific solutions
