TOMRA Collection is a leading innovator in clean loop recycling, responsible for approximately 85,000 reverse vending machine installations across over 60 markets. Their solutions make recycling effortless for consumers and contribute to a more sustainable planet.

We are currently building our UK operation ahead of the UK Deposit Return Scheme (DRS), launching in October 2027.
Job Description
About the Role
We’re seeking a ** Sales Manager ** to drive TOMRA’s expansion in North West England. You’ll:
- Lead new business development
- Build customer partnerships
- Support DRS rollout and technology deployment

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Own the sales pipeline from initial engagement to signed agreements
- Identify and pursue opportunities ahead of the DRS deadline

- Build strong bonds with retailers and key stakeholders
- Align with customer needs to demonstrate TOMRA’s unique value

Strategic Growth
- Propose commercial terms, pricing and deployment plans
- Pilot projects as gateways to long-term partnerships

- Lead at customer meetings and regional industry events
- Position TOMRA as a leading DRS solution provider

- Independently plan, track, and grow regional opportunities
- Ensure scalable, sustainable revenue from problem-specific solutions
