Sales Manager - Optimisation and Decarbonisation
This new and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager working within the renewables sector, specifically Optimisation and Decarbonisation solutions with a Global Leader in Energy solutions with offices based around the UK.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business revenue across sustainability and optimisation selling energy efficiency, smart building, retrofit decarbonisation and energy generation solutions, reporting to the Sales Director.

The Sales Manager acts as the day-to-day commercial point of contact for clients, bridging client objectives and technical delivery capabilities to ensure solutions deliver measurable energy, carbon and operational performance improvements while meeting commercial, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to have a background in:
- Delivering against individual new business revenue and margins
- Work a steady flow of warm pre-qualified leads from existing energy customers
- Closing new opportunities around, BMS, Smart Technologies, IoT enabled building optimisations and decarbonisation programs such as Solar and Battery Energy Storage

In return you will be offered an excellent basic salary and uncapped commission, with OTE £150k, along with a Car allowance, pension and benefits. This position is mainly onsite with some hybrid options.
