Job Specification: Sales Manager or Commercial Director (depending on experience)

About Us

Touch Tree Technology is part of DLT Media, a company trusted by many of the world’s leading publishers, with 25 years background in software and media distribution. Our team has helped publishers grow their audiences across print and digital channels since 2001. Touch Tree operates two distinct, powerful product lines designed to give print publishers a robust, independent digital strategy that sit side-by-side to serve the diverse digital needs of modern media creators. In this role, you will help with growth, commercial strategy, and market direction for both products.

The Role & Strategic Vision

We are not just looking for a standard salesperson to hit a quota; we need a commercially aggressive, strategic person to completely own and develop our product channels. You will drive revenue for both our Touch Tree platform (www.touchtree.tech) and our soon to be launched AI platform aimed at consumer publishers, B2B publishers & corporate publishers across the world.

Crucially, you will be our primary eyes and ears in the market. We want you to leverage your deep market knowledge to help us evolve our products. You will identify untapped adjacent opportunities—such as expanding our footprint into corporate brochures, commercial catalogs, fanzines, and specialised marketing assets. By understanding where the market is going, you will directly advise and collaborate with our leadership team to steer our developer teams in the right product direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
