Sales Manager

Location: London (office-based multiple times per week), with regular travel to clients across the UK

Salary: £80,000 base salary plus commission (OTE of 150–200% of base)

About Our Client

Our client is an FCA-regulated payments platform built specifically for the legal and professional services sector. Founded in 2016, the business provides escrow, paying agent, and payment account solutions that enable law firms and financial institutions to manage complex, high-value, and high-risk transactions securely and compliantly. Their platform supports transactions including M&A, litigation settlements, and property completions.

Having processed billions of pounds in payments, the company is trusted by a significant proportion of the UK's leading law firms.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic, relationship-led sales role rather than a high-volume outbound or cold-calling position. You'll be engaging with lawyers and other senior professionals who work on complex, high-value matters and expect a thoughtful, consultative approach.

Success in this role comes from building credibility, developing trusted relationships, and guiding prospects through considered sales cycles rather than applying hard-sell tactics. We're looking for someone who is patient, commercially astute, and genuinely consultative. You should be equally comfortable presenting to a room full of legal professionals at an industry event as you are building relationships one-to-one with partners at leading law firms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
