About Beyonk Group
Beyonk is the full-scale growth partner for visitor attractions and seasonal events. We combine industry-leading ticketing software, powerful marketing tools, and hands-on marketing services to help operators grow their business and reach millions of new visitors every year.
Our technology makes it simple for visitors to book directly through our partners' websites, while giving operators the automations, integrations, and data they need to run and scale. Through our marketing services division, we work with leading destinations, from family farms to major theme experiences, to drive real visitor growth.
We're growing fast across the UK and US, welcoming thousands of customers a day to incredible experiences. It's an exciting time to join, grow with us, and help millions find and book great experiences.
The role
This is a player-coach role. You'll run our Account Executive team and own the new business number month to month - not from a spreadsheet, but from inside the deals. You'll join pitches, review calls, coach reps on specific skills and specific deals, and step in personally when a deal needs it.
We're looking for someone who has built a team that delivers consistently, month after month, not in spikes. You'll manage AEs selling our ticketing and marketing software to attractions, experience providers, and seasonal event operators across the UK and US.
This is a hands-on seat in a lean, high-ownership environment. If you want to manage purely through dashboards and one-to-ones, this isn't the role. If you love the game and love making other people better at it, it is.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll do
- Own the team's new business number and be accountable for hitting it month to month
- Join pitches and demos alongside AEs, and help close deals that matter
- Review call recordings and coach individuals on specific calls - discovery, demo, objection handling, closing
- Run pipeline reviews and forecast accurately in HubSpot
- Diagnose performance through the funnel - work out whether a rep's issue is activity, conversion, deal size or cycle length, and fix the root cause
- Recruit, onboard and ramp new AEs as the team grows
- Use AI tools to raise the team's productivity - call analysis, prospect research, coaching at scale
- Work closely with Customer Success on handovers, and feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing
- Set the standard on activity, pipeline hygiene and follow-through - and hold the team to it

- Highly analytical: you think in funnels and can diagnose exactly where a rep's performance is breaking down
- Strong practical AI skills - you already use AI to work faster and smarter, and you can bring the team with you
- Sharp attention to detail, from CRM hygiene to deal terms
- A genuine people person: you coach, motivate and retain, and people get better working for you
