Sales Manager
Jetts Hammersmith | Hammersmith, London | Full Time | Permanent
£30,000 - £33,000 base | OTE up to £42,600
About Jetts Hammersmith
Jetts Hammersmith is the flagship club in the Jetts Fitness UK network. We are a premium 24/7 gym operating on rolling 30-day contracts - no lock-in, no compromise on quality. Our members are serious about their training and they choose us because we are the best facility in the area.
Hammersmith is our biggest and most ambitious club, and we are committed to making it the best performing club in the network. The person who takes this role will be part of building something, not just maintaining it.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to take genuine commercial ownership of the sales function at one of London's leading independent gyms. You will not be one of many. You will be the person who drives the number, develops the team, and shapes how the club performs.
We are looking for someone who has been here before - someone who knows what a high-performing gym sales function looks like and can build one. If you are energized by the challenge of leading from the front, developing people around you, and being directly accountable for results, this role was designed for you.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager and have the autonomy to make a real impact from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A Note on Fit
We want the right person to read this and feel excited. We also want the wrong person to self-select out.
This is a hands-on role. You will be on the phones, on the floor, and in the room. Your success is measured by the club's performance, not just your own closes. If you are looking for a role where you manage from a distance or where average output is acceptable, this is not the place for you.
Hammersmith is the flagship club and we expect it to perform like one.
