Unipaas is an AI-native embedded payments provider helping B2B SaaS platforms unlock payments as a strategic growth engine.

We enable vertical software platforms to embed fully branded, in-product payment experiences for their customers, while Unipaas manages the complexity behind the scenes — onboarding, payments, risk, disputes, reconciliation, payouts, and support.

Our platform is built for SaaS companies that want to monetise payments, improve customer retention, and reduce operational overhead without becoming a payments company themselves. We work with fast-growing platforms across verticals such as childcare, education, fitness, field services, and marketplaces, helping them launch and scale payment services with one fully managed solution.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Sales Manager / Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team as an individual contributor.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who knows how to identify, engage, negotiate, and close complex strategic partnerships with B2B SaaS platforms.

You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and opportunity creation through to commercial negotiation and closing — helping platforms understand how embedded payments can become a meaningful revenue stream and a stronger part of their product offering.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, highly independent, comfortable selling to C-level stakeholders, and excited by the opportunity to help build a category-defining fintech company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, deal structuring, and closing.
  • Identify and break into high-potential B2B SaaS platforms and marketplaces that match Unipaas’ ICP.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority verticals.
  • Run consultative sales conversations with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Product leaders, helping them understand how payments can move from a cost centre to a revenue growth engine.
  • Translate complex payment capabilities into clear business value, including monetisation, retention, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving commercial, technical, legal, compliance, and financial decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to shape the right proposition for each opportunity.
  • Act as a key market feedback loop, sharing insights from prospects and customers to help refine our product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Unipaas with confidence in meetings, events, partner conversations, and senior commercial discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial technology.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in a complex B2B sales environment.
  • Experience closing strategic, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, platform monetisation, and payments as a revenue opportunity.
  • Ability to speak confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders — from API integrations with Product/Engineering teams to ROI and monetisation strategies with CFOs.
  • A consultative, value-led sales approach with strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability are essential.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
