We Are Hiring: Release Liners Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and support the expansion of our business across the European liner industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting strategic market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Prospect and develop high-value leads across European markets
- Execute strategic sales plans and achieve annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers and product opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the liner industry
- Participate in the development of commercial strategy and marketing initiatives
Sales & Account Management
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Negotiate enterprise contracts while maximizing margins and long-term value
- Ensure effective order follow-up from order entry through payment
- Adapt supply chain solutions to maintain a competitive service level for customers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through regular business reviews

Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy and strong pipeline hygiene
- Analyze sales metrics and conversion performance
- Report weekly revenue pipelines and forecasts to leadership teams
- Define commercial objectives by country and market
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate customer trials with Quality and R&D teams
- Translate customer technical needs into internal specifications
- Support complaint and claims management from both commercial and technical perspectives
- Support the launch and promotion of new products
Required Profile
- 3–5+ years of experience selling release papers, specialty papers, films, or pressure-sensitive adhesives
- Strong experience in consultative selling, value-based pricing, and contract negotiation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent commercial acumen, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management capabilities
