Sales Manager – Relocate to New Zealand

Premium Health & Fitness Club | Auckland

NZD $75,000 base + commission + relocation support

This role is exclusively open to candidates eligible for a New Zealand Working Holiday Visa

If you're a fitness professional and you've been thinking about making the move to New Zealand — this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to relocate to Auckland and join one of the city's most respected premium health clubs. And we'll help you get there.

How It Works

  • You'll arrive on your New Zealand Working Holiday Visa and step straight into a senior sales role from day one.
  • After six months, the club will sponsor you for full employer-sponsored residency — giving you the long-term security to build a genuine career in New Zealand, not just a working holiday.

If you're eligible for a New Zealand Working Holiday Visa, read on.

The Opportunity

  • You'll join a high-performing, long-established club with a circa 4,500-strong membership base, an affluent catchment, and a strong community reputation.
  • Significant new investment is underway in Pilates, wellness, and spa facilities — making this a genuinely exciting moment to arrive.
  • This is a business that promotes from within and rewards performance. Many people who've taken opportunities like this have fast-tracked into General Manager roles within a few years.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
