Role Description

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our presence across the UK retail market. This role is ideal for a proactive and target-oriented sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and possesses strong knowledge of retail and consumer distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business
  • Demonstrate a passion for any of the following product categories:
    • Luggage and bags
    • Lifestyle apparel
    • Watches
    • Fashion retail
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or retail account management
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail and consumer products landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UK
