Role Description
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our presence across the UK retail market. This role is ideal for a proactive and target-oriented sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and possesses strong knowledge of retail and consumer distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers
- Conduct impactful product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business
- Demonstrate a passion for any of the following product categories:
- Luggage and bags
- Lifestyle apparel
- Watches
- Fashion retail
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or retail account management
- Strong understanding of the UK retail and consumer products landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UK
