London (Field Based)
£80,000 - £90,000 + OTE + Benefits
A global SaaS business is looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team across London. With over 20 years in the market, the business has become a leading provider of technology solutions to the hospitality sector, helping restaurants, bars and hospitality venues streamline operations through an innovative cloud-based platform.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of field-based Account Executives, coaching them through the full sales cycle while remaining hands-on in the field.
The team targets restaurants, bars and hospitality venues, engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers to demonstrate the value of a market-leading SaaS platform.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives across London
- Drive new business performance against ambitious sales targets
- Spend time in the field supporting your team with prospecting, customer meetings and live demonstrations
- Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent as the team continues to grow
- Use CRM to manage forecasting, pipeline and sales performance
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Implementation teams
What They're Looking For
- Experience managing high-performing field sales teams
- Proven background selling SaaS solutions into the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of the restaurant and hospitality technology market
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- A coaching mindset with a passion for developing successful sales professionals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
