To be a successful Sales Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across all product areas, back-of-house operations, and store running
- Manage a team to deliver legendary service, accurate stock processes, operational efficiency, and safety while meeting targets
- Foster an environment where supporting, motivating, and inspiring team members drives excellence
- Engage in a hands-on approach assisting the team with commercial and operational activities
- Ensure seamless, accurate communication to meet business needs
About You
