ADM is a global leader in nutrition and science-based ingredient solutions. As demand for functional foods, beverages and performance nutrition continues to grow, we are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth across our Health & Wellness portfolio within the Food & Beverage and Sports Nutrition sectors.
The Role
This position is responsible for promoting ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio across EMEA, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage customers while developing opportunities within Sports and Active Nutrition. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, growing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial targets, while working closely with Technical, R&D, Applications and Marketing teams to support successful product development and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Revenue, Gross Margin (GM) and Operational Profit (OP) targets across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies based on customer needs, consumer trends and market opportunities.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with Food & Beverage manufacturers, Sports Nutrition brands and contract manufacturers.
- Expand ADM's customer portfolio through strategic account targeting and market development activities.
- Collaborate with application, technical and innovation teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Support product launches and commercialization projects.
- Partner with Marketing on go-to-market activities, customer campaigns and trade events.
- Represent ADM at industry conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings across EMEA.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or related Life Sciences discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development or Product Management within health ingredients, biotics, nutrition or functional ingredients.
- Proven experience selling into Food & Beverage customers.
- Experience supporting the commercialization of probiotic or health-focused ingredient solutions.
- Sports Nutrition, Active Nutrition or Specialized Nutrition experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and managing complex customer projects.
- Fluent English essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
