About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Structured Products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of financial markets, structured investment solutions, and a proven track record in structured product sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business development, build strategic relationships, and contribute to the continued success of LinkedTrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand LinkedTrade’s client base across financial institutions, including private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with key stakeholders in the Structured Products industry.
- Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of LinkedTrade’s SaaS platform to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align solutions with market needs.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in Structured Products sales.
- Strong knowledge of structured products and their distribution networks.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
