Start.io is looking for a driven and commercially sharp Supply Sales Manager to grow our publisher supply base.
This is a hunter role focused on bringing new in-app, mobile web, and web publishers onto the Start.io platform — building the supply-side foundation that powers our programmatic ecosystem.
About the Role:
You'll own the full sales cycle: from identifying and qualifying publishers, through pitching and negotiating, to closing and handing off to our account management teams. You'll work with some of the most dynamic players in our industry, and play a central role in shaping our supply growth strategy.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and know how to open doors and close deals in the adtech space, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full business development and onboarding cycle for new publisher partnerships across in-app, mobile web, and web environments
- Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic publisher and app developer partnerships
- Build and execute a territory strategy to grow Start.io's supply footprint — identifying whitespace, prioritizing verticals, and generating a consistent pipeline of new business
- Build and manage strong relationships with app developers, publishers, monetization teams, and business stakeholders — engaging from developer-level to C-suite
- Collaborate closely with Product, Ad Operations, Legal, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partner success
- Manage commercial negotiations, IO agreements, and onboarding processes
- Maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce with regular forecasting and deal progress reporting
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to build tailored pitches and identify revenue growth opportunities within target publishers' businesses
- Stay ahead of market trends in mobile advertising, header bidding, mediation, SDK monetization, identity, and the broader programmatic supply ecosystem — and bring that intelligence back to the business
- Represent Start.io at key industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
