Role Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Sales Manager Team Leader and take on the exciting challenge of developing and executing the sales strategy. You will have the opportunity to build and lead an international sales function from the ground up. This fully remote position offers the chance to achieve significant impact on revenue and client acquisition targets across Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy.
- Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Build and optimize the sales organization, including CRM processes and workflows.
- Recruit, lead, and develop an international sales team.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and other financial institutions.
- Analyze market trends and contribute to product development and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the payments industry, with a strong background in acquiring.
- Proven experience launching and scaling sales operations across Europe and the UK.
- In-depth knowledge of the European payments ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, business development, and team leadership skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Languages: English, Russian.
- Experience in fintech.
