Role Description
The Sales Manager – UK will oversee sales activities targeting clients from the UK market for Danube Properties’ projects in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role based in London, United Kingdom, involves managing the sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue and unit sales targets.

Qualifications

- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong client relationship management, account management, and customer service capabilities, with a focus on international buyers, particularly from the UK.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and reporting, including use of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of property sales processes in Dubai or the broader UAE real estate market is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, travel as needed for events or client meetings, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience handling UK or European markets and familiarity with investor expectations and regulations is an advantage.
