Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence in the UK region and achieving strategic growth objectives. You will leverage your extensive experience in the tyre industry to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, develop sales forecasts, and collaborate closely with our team in China HQ to meet customer demands and drive product innovation.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and maintain old customers in the tyre industry.
- Develop and execute business plans that achieve strategic growth objectives for Sailun as well as for customer's business.
- Develop sales forecasts and demand planning requirements for supply chain and manufacturing purposes collaboratively with the customer base.
- Continually develop strategic, strong relationships with business owner, key management, department heads and team members with customers, participating in joint business planning and other value creation activities. Be known as a trusted advisor to our customer's businesses.
- Prepare, deliver and present professional sales proposals and presentations to the existing and potential customers.
- Communicating and delivering on pricing, promotions and other product initiatives through the customers.
- Collaborate with the team members in China HQ in coordination of product development/testing/marketing/promotion plans to meet customer demand where product range expansion or new brands/products developments are required.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the tyre industry is required
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
