Sales Manager – UK (Sales + Technical Agronomy)

Location: Remote, UK
Reports To: Europe Regional Lead

About Life Scientific

At Life Scientific, we're doing things differently - very differently. We've disrupted a $250 billion global market and are on a mission to become the world's most successful crop protection innovator.

We’re scaling fast and globally. The UK is one of our most established markets, with a growing portfolio of off-patent fungicides, herbicides and insecticides already trusted by growers and distributors across the country - and we're not slowing down.

Our business is deeply human, powered by shared leadership, sharp minds, and a sense of fun. We combine the pace of a start-up with the strength of a scale-up. No politics. No passengers. Just passionate people doing great work.

About the Role

This role isn't just about sales - it's about impact and influence. You'll be a key face of Life Scientific in the UK, driving commercial growth while deepening our credibility with distributors, growers, and technical influencers in a well-established but fiercely competitive market.

We're looking for someone who blends commercial acumen with agronomic expertise - someone who can sell, educate, and partner with key players across the UK arable sector. You'll work closely with our national distribution partners and collaborate across our global teams to sharpen our UK go-to-market approach as we continue to grow our footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth and Market Penetration
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets across UK arable regions.
    • Deepen and expand relationships with existing national distribution partners (including Hutchinsons and Agrii) and identify opportunities for direct customer engagement.
    • Grow market share within key cereal and oilseed rape growing regions, and identify white space for portfolio expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
