Sales Manager UK (f/m/d)
Early-Career Client Sales Executive (UK Focus) – cflox
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated early-career professional to join our team and support client activities in the UK. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in direct sales, helping to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support deal execution. In the long term, you will be given the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio. You will work closely with senior colleagues, learning from their expertise while contributing to the team’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in expanding cflox’s presence in the UK
- Work alongside senior colleagues to win new clients while developing your own pipeline within a defined target group
- Contribute across the entire sales cycle, from discovery, value positioning, and proposal presentations to negotiations and contract closure, including collaborating with regional banking partners
- Collaborate closely with cflox teams (Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Client & Bank Integration, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure customer success
- Represent cflox at national and international trade fairs and industry events to expand networks and showcase working capital solutions

Requirements & Skills
We are looking for a motivated and communicative person who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, and actively engaging in direct sales.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable field
- First experience in banking, trade finance, or a related sector
- Understanding of corporate banking, trade finance, working capital, and supply chain finance products
- High driving motivation to develop and refine your sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas confidently and inspire others
- An organized, structured approach to work, combined with a proactive mindset
- Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues based in Hamburg
- Fluency in English (German is not mandatory but a plus)
