Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced UK Sales Manager to join our team. As UK Sales & Training Manager you will take ownership of the commercial performance and strategic growth of the brand within the UK & Ireland. Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and exceptional in-store execution. You will drive sales across major department stores and independent luxury accounts. The role is dynamic, balancing relationship management with key retail partners, operational leadership of a top performing ambassador team, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the UK Sales Director, develop and execute a comprehensive UK wholesale and retail sales strategy to exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and deepen strategic relationships with key retail partners and store management. Conduct regular business reviews, analysing performance and implementing growth strategies.
  • Lead, inspire, and scale the UK sales team, managing our team of Brand Ambassadors, building a high-performance team culture, focused on storytelling, luxury service and clientelling.
  • Ownership of Talent Management, including recruitment, retention, motivation and performance review.
  • Responsible for the training of new team members and continual development of our existing team.
  • Practical implementation of Joint Business Plans and trade marketing activations to ensure continued growth, engagement and success.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team to create exciting event opportunities and exceptional visual merchandising standards.
  • Oversee stock management within the retail stores, forecasting to ensure sufficient stock supply and minimise out-of-stocks.
  • Ensure the successful management of new product launches, marketing & seasonal campaigns and promotional sites and activations.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within luxury department stores, perfumeries and prestigious independent retailers.

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or field-based sales management role within the luxury fragrance or beauty sector.
  • Established network of existing relationships with key stakeholders within luxury department store management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and motivating store-based sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding in P&L management, forecasting and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to serve as an elegant and authoritative ambassador for a luxury brand.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK to visit stores, conduct Brand Ambassador training and foster exceptional relationships with our retail partners.
  • Must have professional level computer skills.
