The Role: Sales Manager UK & Ireland
As our Sales Manager for UK & Ireland (m/f/d), you will strategically expand our market footprint through relationship-building, brand activation, and high-performance sales execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales revenue with UK and Irish dealers through:
- Field visits
- Performance reviews
- Action plan development
- Commercial coaching
- Identify, assess, and onboard new distribution partners capable of:
- Investing in the brand
- Representing bulthaup * ethically and professionally*
- Establishing high-quality showroom presences
- Develop compelling business cases, including:
- Location assessments & market opportunity analyses
- Entrepreneurial profiles & viability studies
- Investment projections & launch roadmaps
- Activate bulthaup’s brand presence locally through:
- Private client events
- Design-focused evenings & showcases
- Architect and industry roundtables
- Cross-channel marketing campaigns (COOR)
- Proactive follow-up on leads
- Ensure premium brand execution by maintaining:
- Showroom standards (visual appeal, functionality)
- Consistent commercial narrative in every interaction
- Enterprise leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities
- Report back with actionable insights on:
- Competitor intelligence
- Market gaps ("white spaces")
- Design and commercial trends
- Customer barriers and commercial opportunities

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For

Relevant Industry Experience (3–6 years):
- Prior experience in field sales within premium environments—ideally within kitchen design, furniture, interior architecture, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in the UK or Ireland.

Sales & Business Mindset:
- Hunter mindset: Actively create new opportunities, not just close sales.
- Proven record of driving measurable growth in territorios assigned.
- Cultural fit with entrepreneurial brands, capable of discussing brand strategy and investment at eye level.

Autonomy & Accountability:
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Clear ownership of results in your territory, with a results-driven approach.
- Can operate independently while aligning with strategic goals.
