Sales Manager, UK

Reporting to the VP Sales UK, your main responsibility is to evangelise and educate UK agencies and brands on the value proposition of Perion's digital solutions, with a particular focus on Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) and Outmax, Perion's performance marketing solution that maximises programmatic campaign results through intelligent optimisation, targeting, and real-time, data-driven execution.
About this opportunity
We're looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive the growth of Perion's pDOOH and performance solutions. You'll develop and own new business, unlock key account growth, and build smart client strategies that deliver results. Working closely with Client Success, Product, and Marketing, you'll ensure campaigns perform and clients scale. We need someone with a strong track record in digital media or advertising, who consistently hits targets and knows how to turn data into action. The role is fast-paced, commercial, and opportunity-rich. It suits someone proactive, results-driven, and excited by where the future of digital advertising is heading. How You'll Make an Impact
Evangelise the Perion brand in market, highlighting our solutions and capabilities across the digital ecosystem Develop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and execute effectively Prospect, source and close opportunities working with demand side partners; brands, marketers and agencies, and management of sales pipeline Identify growth opportunities for larger partnerships across multiple Perion solutions Strong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organisation Conduct in person meetings and calls with senior client decision makers Attend key industry events and relevant conferences Utilise sales process and tools to provide accurate forecasts Deliver market feedback and trends to help shape future company needs Meet or exceed agreed upon revenue goals

What do you need to perform in this job
3-6 years of online advertising sales experience; 2+ years of client-facing experience Professional and personable Highly self-motivated, hard-working individual Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills Strong reputation and relationships in market Ability to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accurately Excellent client service Represent the Perion brand and lift profile in market Sound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and the OOH landscape in UK Develop Agency Strategy to achieve revenue goals Liaise with Marketing to develop collateral for region and go-to market plans Strong understanding of all Perion solutions and the ability to present and demonstrate their capabilities Proven track record of success Experience in using a CRM system
