Sales Manager - UK&I
Sales Manager UK&I
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager UK&I to partner with our clients across Wholesale, Contract and Trade. Reporting into the Country Sales Manager UK&I, this is a full-time role based in London with some travel across the UK and Ireland to visit clients and represent the brand.

You’ll be working alongside some of the best talent in the industry within creative design, range development, marketing and sales, and have all the tools to succeed in growing the UK business with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales – Accountable for meeting sales targets across assigned wholesale & contract accounts within the UK and Ireland.
- Business Development – Strategically drive and proactively manage growth across Wholesale, Contract and Trade in UK&I.
- Relationship Management – Strengthen, develop, and maintain relationships with retailers, A&D’s (Architects & Designers) and contract dealers.
- Customer Activations – Ensure well-planned execution of activations, new product launches, shop installs, events, and marketing campaigns through collaboration with key customers and the wider Tom Dixon team.
- Brand Ambassador – Develop and deliver monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and product training sessions for customers, dealers, and agents as required in collaboration with internal teams.

About You
- Proven sales experience (3–5 years), preferably within the furniture and lighting industry.
- Dynamic, commercially-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded and passionate about sharing knowledge with customers and the business.
- Thrives in both independent and team settings.
- Self-starter, structured, and organised.
- Motivated by sales growth, with an understanding of and ability to relay numbers effectively.
- Passionate about building relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Strong communicator and proud to represent Tom Dixon.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
