Position: Sales Manager (Chocolate)
Location: North London
Type: Office based (Full time in office)
We’re working with a specialist professional chocolate supplier seeking a consultative Sales Manager to lead sales of their chocolate range across artisan and large-scale customers.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to reorder, for couverture, drops, blocks, single-origin and bulk supply
- Deliver product tastings and technical demos in the showroom and on-site
- Advise on cocoa %, viscosity, tempering, storage/shelf-life and recipe compatibility
- Prepare quotes, manage lead times, MOQs and export/logistics support
- Work with NPD alongside test kitchens
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain CRM records

You’ll have:
- Proven B2B sales experience in food ingredients, chocolate, bakery or premium FMCG
- Strong technical knowledge of chocolate and ability to translate it for customers
- Consultative selling, excellent communication and commercial confidence
- Organised, CRM-savvy (Zoho/Shopify experience desirable) and willing to travel occasionally
- Good numerical ability
