We're a fast-growing premium consumer brand operating within the health, wellness, and performance sector. As we continue to expand across the UK, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across retail and gym partnerships.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to develop and expand our presence within independent gyms, fitness chains, specialist retailers, and key retail partners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK sales strategy across gym, fitness, and retail channels.
  • Secure new business with independent gyms, fitness groups, specialist retailers, wholesalers, and national retail accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximise revenue and account performance.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, and attend relevant trade shows and industry events.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activity, and annual trading plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and eCommerce teams to support successful product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates for senior management.
  • Represent the business professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service and brand standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
