Job Title
Well-established and expanding manufacturing company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Midlands and Southern England.
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and being rewarded for success.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing an established customer base across the Midlands and Southern England.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Building long-term relationships with distributors, merchants, and key accounts.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Providing market feedback and identifying emerging trends.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Representing the company at customer meetings, trade events, and exhibitions as required.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- Proven sales experience within Fenestration, Joinery Manufacturing, Fire Door, or related sectors.
- A successful track record of developing new business and managing existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- The ability to travel throughout the Midlands and Southern England.
