Group Sales Manager
About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Group Sales Manager to grow visitor numbers and revenue at Kents Cavern through the development of domestic and inbound group travel.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key growth area, building relationships with operators, travel partners and organisations to increase pre-booked visits and establish our attractions as must-visit experiences within the group travel market.
You will manage the full sales journey — from identifying opportunities and building relationships, through to converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and nurturing long-term partnerships.
The role is focused on creating a strong sales pipeline, developing new markets and delivering agreed visitor and revenue targets.
What You Will Be Responsible For

You Will:
- Develop and grow relationships with domestic group operators, coach companies and Group Travel Organisers (GTOs).
- Identify new opportunities within the group travel market.
- Build relationships with inbound tour operators and international travel partners.
- Increase pre-booked group visits across our attractions.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to booking and post-visit relationship management.
- Develop repeat business through excellent customer relationships.
- Attend relevant trade events, networking opportunities and industry meetings.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
