Role Overview The Sales Manager/Valuer will be responsible for: Carrying out market appraisals/valuations Generating new business and winning instructions Managing, motivating and supporting the sales team Driving performance against agreed targets Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance About You The successful candidate will ideally: Have proven experience in residential sales and valuations Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills Be commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development Be organised, professional and customer-focused
