About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive ongoing training, and develop valuable communication and relationship building skills in a supportive and ambitious environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent well known brands with professionalism and confidence
- Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Build strong customer relationships and support client campaigns
- Develop your knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development
- Work collaboratively with a motivated team to achieve shared goals
- Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Qualifications
A degree or previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We value attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn above all else.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self motivated with a proactive approach
- Professional and confident when working with people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer facing role is beneficial but not essential
