Sales & Marketing Associate

A Japanese architecture company is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Associate to support its expansion across the UK and global markets.

Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and business development activities across the UK and international markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning and messaging
  • Manage PR activities and relationships with media and industry partners
  • Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients, developers, investors, and strategic partners
  • Organise and attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Support proposal preparation and business development activities
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse marketing and sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, business development, growth, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation
  • Experience building relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing into business growth
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, construction, or professional services is advantageous
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
  • International business development experience and additional language skills are beneficial

  • Salary: £35,000-£75,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Job Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Start: From November 2026 (Planning)
