A Japanese architecture company is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Associate to support its expansion across the UK and global markets.
Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and business development activities across the UK and international markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning and messaging
- Manage PR activities and relationships with media and industry partners
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients, developers, investors, and strategic partners
- Organise and attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients and partners
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities
- Monitor KPIs and analyse marketing and sales performance
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management

Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, business development, growth, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation
- Experience building relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing into business growth
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, construction, or professional services is advantageous
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
- International business development experience and additional language skills are beneficial

Conditions
- Location: London, UK
- Working Style: Hybrid
- Salary: £35,000-£75,000 per annum depending on experience
- Job Type: Permanent, full-time
- Start: From November 2026 (Planning)
- Benefits: Pension contribution, private medical insurance, learning and development budget, international career exposure, opportunity to build and shape UK operations
