About the Company
We are a fast-growing business consultancy partnering with ambitious brands to strengthen their market presence, increase customer engagement, and drive measurable commercial growth. Our work focuses on helping organisations turn strategy into real results through structured campaigns, strong client relationships, and consistent execution in the market. Rather than operating purely in an advisory capacity, we work closely with our partners to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and produce tangible outcomes.
Collaboration, accountability, and performance sit at the centre of our culture. We encourage initiative, reward results, and give team members meaningful responsibility from the outset. Developing future business leaders is a core part of our philosophy. Many of our senior team members began their careers with limited industry experience and progressed through strong performance, mentorship, and continuous development.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Marketing Business Development Assistant to support client growth initiatives and contribute to new business development. This is a client facing, performance-driven role focused on building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting the delivery of growth strategies for our partner brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
