Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Supadu is the leading provider of websites, direct-to-consumer eCommerce solutions and marketing services for trade publishers, academic publishers and university presses. We power over 3,000 websites and marketing platforms, with more than 4 million books managed through our technology every day.

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our team. Your primary focus is assisting our Sales and Marketing departments but the role will also require administrative support to our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys working collaboratively, and is excited to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Sales

  • Sales outreach (cold outreach to prospective clients, working towards building a pipeline of prospects)
  • Update the company CRM system
  • Coordinate calendars, including planning and organising trade shows and events (including your own attendance where required)
  • All other sales related administrative tasks.

Marketing

  • Media and press list maintenance (Maintaining and updating media and press contact lists, ensuring records are accurate, organised and targeted for PR and marketing campaigns)
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of online and offline events, including panel discussions, webinars and industry events
  • Support event logistics such as scheduling, invitations, attendee management and follow-up communications
  • Support campaign execution and internal communications where needed including:
    • Promotional campaigns
    • Internal company events
  • All other marketing related administrative tasks.

Operations

  • Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks, e.g., arranging birthday cards, organising office summer and Christmas parties, stationary requirements, adhoc requests within this scope of this role.

Skills & Experience

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning to use CRM systems and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
